Mandatory Skills:
Strong SAP SD functional experience
Pharma Domain experience
AMS / Production Support experience
SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
OTC processes
SD configuration and troubleshooting
Pricing procedures and special business processes
Master Data
Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
Incident / Ticket management and SLA adherence
RCA and post-go-live support
Cross-functional integration with FI, MM, LE, PP, QM, CO-PA, CS and PS
Experience in implementation, rollout and support projects
Key Responsibilities:
Handle SAP SD AMS support and priority-based tickets
Understand business requirements and provide effective solutions
Prepare Functional Specification Documents
Perform RCA and contribute to process improvements
Support post-go-live activities
Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments
Interact with clients and manage client-facing activities
Ensure SLA compliance and provide status updates
