Project Manager

Thachar Decors Pvt Ltd is looking for a Project Manager to handle end-to-end execution of residential interior projects in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from site readiness to final handover
* Coordinate with designers, factory, purchase, supervisors, installers and customers
* Prepare and track project schedules, daily progress and pending work
* Ensure materials are available as per execution plan
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks
* Resolve site issues and prevent project delays
* Maintain customer communication and update project status
* Ensure work is completed as per approved design, scope, quality and timeline
* Manage snag closure and final handover
* Maintain project documentation and daily/weekly reports
Preferred Profile
* 3–7 years of experience in interior execution, modular furniture, fit-out or residential projects
* Strong site coordination and team-management skills
* Good knowledge of modular furniture and interior execution
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving, communication and accountability
* Chennai-based candidates preferred
