Job Summary
Armsoft Technologies is looking for an experienced Prompt Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with AI engineers, product teams, and enterprise clients to design, optimize, and deploy high-performing prompts and AI-driven automation solutions for real-world business use cases.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Prompt Engineering & LLM Optimization
Design, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts using techniques such as:
Zero-shot & Few-shot prompting
Chain-of-Thought (CoT)
Prompt Chaining & Meta Prompting
Improve LLM accuracy, reliability, and response consistency across use cases.
Continuously test and refine prompts to reduce hallucinations and improve reasoning.
Generative AI & RAG Systems
Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines (Naive, Advanced, Modular, Graph RAG).
Integrate vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, PostgreSQL) for semantic search.
Work with embeddings, chunking strategies, reranking, and evaluation metrics.
Agentic AI & Automation
Develop agentic workflows using tools such as CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or custom agents.
Enable AI agents to perform tasks like:
Information retrieval
Report generation
Workflow automation
Tool/API execution
Implement conversational memory and long-term context handling.
Multimodal & Advanced AI Use Cases
Support multimodal AI solutions involving text, speech, images, and structured data.
Collaborate on projects such as chatbots, copilots, analytics assistants, and enterprise AI tools.
Collaboration & Deployment
Work closely with ML Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Product Managers.
Assist in deploying GenAI solutions using FastAPI, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Participate in prompt evaluation, benchmarking, and continuous improvement cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
3–5 years of experience in Prompt Engineering / Generative AI roles.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Claude, etc.).
Deep understanding of:
Prompt engineering strategies
RAG architectures
Vector databases & embeddings
Proficiency in Python and basic API integration.
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, FastAPI.
Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments.
Preferred / Good-to-Have
Experience with fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT).
Knowledge of knowledge graphs and graph-based RAG.
Exposure to multimodal models (Whisper, CLIP, Vision Transformers).
Understanding of AI evaluation, latency optimization, and cost control.
Educational Qualification
B.Tech / BE / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
