Role Description The Business Analyst, Partner Relationship role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves analyzing partner-related data to identify opportunities for business improvement. The person in this position will work closely with internal teams and external partners. Daily activities include gathering and validating data, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues. The role also requires clear communication of findings, assisting in process enhancements, and contributing to initiatives that improve partner satisfaction and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data.
Effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree is minimum requirement.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools; experience with CRM or ERP systems from a user perspective is beneficial.
Prior experience in financial services, lending, or partner management is preferred but not mandatory.
