What You'll Do:
* Deliver excellence - complete daily tasks with precision & quality
* Achieve targets by following best practices
* Ensure 99.9% uptime by managing your tech & workspace
* Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally
* Provide accurate resolutions following company policies
* Tackle complaints & escalate priority issues
* Be flexible to handle inquiries outside regular hours & follow up to ensure satisfaction
Desired Experience:
* Experience: 1-2 years in customer service preferred (Freshers can apply)
* Education: Bachelor's degree is a plus
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - data analysis & management
**💰 Salary Structure (Monthly):**
Fresher: 15K
1 year : 16k
2year : 18k
