Role Description The Research and Development Chemist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The chemist will design, develop, and optimize synthetic routes for pharmaceutical impurities and related compounds, conducting experiments, analyzing results, and documenting findings. Daily responsibilities include performing laboratory procedures, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting contract research projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of R&D processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D) skills, including method development, process optimization, and experimental design.
Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of chemicals, operation of common lab equipment.
