Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Specialist – Indirect Procurement to drive strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across MRO & CAPEX categories. The role will focus on developing category strategies, delivering savings, supplier consolidation, and driving commercial value across the procurement organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute MRO & CAPEX category strategies and roadmaps.
Lead strategic sourcing, RFx, e-sourcing and competitive bidding initiatives.
Identify and execute cost savings and productivity opportunities.
Drive supplier consolidation, rationalization and performance improvement.
Conduct TCO, should-cost and cost benchmarking analysis.
Lead supplier commercial negotiations, contracting and sourcing decisions.
Manage sourcing pipeline, savings targets and procurement KPIs.
Partner with global stakeholders, engineering, finance, operations and suppliers to deliver business value.
Identify market trends, supplier risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile
6–10 years of experience in indirect procurement/category management.
Strong experience in MRO and/or CAPEX procurement.
Proven experience in strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations.
Strong analytical, stakeholder-management and communication skills.
Experience working with global/regional procurement teams is preferred.
