Role Description The Analyst role at Experfy – ZS is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Analyst supports client engagements by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to generate insights that inform business decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with data sets, building reports and dashboards, preparing presentations, and supporting model development and testing under guidance from senior team members. The Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, documents methodologies, and contributes to internal process improvements. This role also involves communicating findings in a clear, structured manner and maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with analytics, business intelligence, or visualization tools is an advantage.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a structured manner.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, engineering, or related field; relevant internships or project experience are beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru and adapt to evolving client and project needs.
Interest in data analytics, consulting, and continuous learning; exposure to programming, statistics, or domain-specific analytics is a plus.
