Are you someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and confident in communication?
We’re looking for a Process Analyst who can take ownership of follow-ups, manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure processes move forward smoothly. 🚀
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
• 📞 Make outbound calls to follow up on medical record requests and facilitate timely release of records.
• 🤝 Use assertive yet professional communication to overcome delays and resolve follow-up challenges.
• 📝 Accurately document calls, actions, and status updates in the tracking system.
• 💬 Provide quality customer service with strong knowledge of products and services.
• 💻 Communicate with existing and prospective customers using computer and telecommunications tools.
• 👥 Build strong working relationships with Team Leaders and team members.
• 🔎 Access, research, and analyze information from multiple data sources.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Effective analytical, problem-solving & decision-making abilities
✅ Good organizational and follow-up skills
✅ Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and basic internet fundamentals
✅ Knowledge of record management procedures/processes is an advantage
✅ 1+ years of relevant experience in Operations / Service / Customer Support
