They offer a range of solutions, which includes term and permanent insurance, retirement planning, education funds, and also rollovers between retirement accounts to protect money from market loss due to the volatility of the stock market. Entry level, no financial background needed. We provide training and walk you through licensing so you can build your own client base around a schedule that respects shift work instead of competing with it.
Responsibilities
Lead one-on-one and small group educational sessions with clients, virtually or in person
Present financial concepts clearly and in plain language
Guide clients through understanding and implementing basic strategies
Grow and serve a client base through consistent follow-up
Complete licensing, training, and ongoing professional development
Uphold professional standards and industry compliance requirements
Qualifications
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused, empathetic approach.
Relevant certifications or licenses (such as CFP, Series licenses, or insurance licenses) are preferred and highly beneficial.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client relationships.
High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred, however we do provide training for candidates that are coachable and up for the challenge
Willing to obtain the required state licenses (we guide you through it)
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is 100% commission-based and tied to individual production. There is no base salary, or hourly wage. Earnings are uncapped, however, they depend on effort, experience, and client activity. Most part-time agents working 4-10 hours a week usually report a monthly income in the range of $1600-$6000, though individual results vary.
