💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives
📈 Incentive: Additional performance-based incentives after 3 months
🚗 Travel: Field/site visits required. Travel expenses will be applicable as per company policy.
🔆 About the Role
We are looking for a Solar Project Manager / Solar Project Engineer who can independently manage rooftop solar projects from site survey to installation, commissioning and documentation.
The candidate should have practical knowledge of solar EPC/project management and be comfortable coordinating with customers, engineers, technicians, vendors, finance teams and government/discom-related processes.
📌 Key Responsibilities
1. Solar Project Management
Complete project management from lead/project allocation to commissioning
Residential, Commercial & Industrial rooftop solar projects
Manage On-Grid, Off-Grid & Hybrid Solar Systems
Prepare project execution plans and timelines
Coordinate site survey, design, material planning and installation
Monitor project quality, cost and timeline
2. PM Surya Ghar / Rooftop Solar Projects
Handle rooftop solar projects under applicable government schemes
Coordinate customer documentation and application processes
Coordinate with DISCOM/net-metering related requirements
Track project status from application to commissioning
3. Documentation
Site survey reports
Technical/project documents
Customer KYC and required documents
Work orders and project files
Installation & commissioning reports
Net-metering/documentation coordination
Maintain project records and status reports
4. Loan / Finance Process
Coordinate customer loan/finance documentation
Coordinate with finance/NBFC/bank teams
Track loan application and approval status
Coordinate disbursement-related project requirements
5. Team Management
Manage Solar Engineers, Technicians and Installation Teams
Allocate site-wise work
Monitor daily project progress
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
Resolve site-level technical/operational issues
Ensure timely completion of projects
6. Technical Responsibilities
Understand solar panel, inverter, structure, DC/AC cable, earthing, protection and other BOS components
Basic knowledge of electrical design and safety
Understand single-line diagrams and rooftop layouts
Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover
🎯 Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
✅ B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
✅ 1–2 years of relevant Solar/EPC/Project Management experience
✅ Rooftop Solar project experience
✅ Knowledge of On-Grid, Off-Grid & Hybrid systems
✅ Good documentation and reporting skills
✅ Team-handling capability
✅ Customer coordination skills
✅ Willingness to travel for project/site visits
✅ Good communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets/project reporting
💼 What You Will Manage
Lead/Project → Site Survey → Technical Planning → BOQ → Material Planning → Finance/Loan → Documentation → Installation → Testing → Net Metering → Commissioning → Customer Handover
💰 Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
Performance Incentives
Travel Expenses as per Company Policy
