Data Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about data, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be eager to learn data analysis techniques to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
Assist in creating and maintaining databases and data models.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Work closely with different teams to understand business requirements.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
Support ad-hoc data analysis requests.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
Understanding of SQL and database concepts.
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) is a plus.
Knowledge of data visualization tools.
Understanding of business reporting and KPIs.
