Social Media Manager

What You’ll Do:
✅ Plan, execute & optimize social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, etc.)
✅ Track performance & provide data-driven insights 📊
✅ Craft engaging content & captions (Grammar Nazis welcome! 🧐✍️)
✅ Manage and execute brand collaborations & partnerships
✅ Manage & optimize paid social media ads (YouTube experience is a plus!)
✅ Client acquisition & retention strategies
✅ Content ideation & planning – from trends to viral campaigns
✅ Collaborate with designers, video editors & influencers to create engaging content
✅ Analyze performance metrics & optimize campaigns for better reach & engagement
✅ Community building & engagement – because great brands talk with their audience, not at them!
✅ Stay ahead of the latest social media trends & AI tools
Who We’re Looking For:
🔹 3-6 years of experience in social media management & digital marketing
🔹 Preferably a blogger or content creator (but not mandatory)
🔹 Strong in PPT creation & marketing strategies
🔹 Excellent communication & leadership skills
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Ability to take responsibility to get task completed within timelines
