Key Responsibilities:
● Opportunity Identification: Use market research, internal analysis, and customer feedback to discover new growth opportunities.
● Category Management: Oversee projects within a specific category, being accountable for its success metrics.
● Strategy Formulation and Execution: Craft and implement comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies from the ground up.
● Problem Solving: Tackle structural issues at the central level to expedite category growth.
● Project Leadership: Manage various streams and analytical projects, resolving diverse business challenges.
● Cross-Functional Teamwork: Lead cross-disciplinary teams in designing and executing initiatives, including A/B testing, data analysis, and trend identification.
Work schedule: ~3-4 hours a day (Remote; Flexible)
