Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated professional to join a premier Food & Beverage client as a Sales Support Agent. Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound inquiries from customers regarding frozen food product availability, ingredients, and nutritional information
Provide high-quality sales support by assisting clients with order placement and delivery scheduling
Maintain a deep understanding of the Food & Beverage product catalog to offer personalized recommendations
Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction in the home delivery sector
Process feedback and suggestions from Dutch-speaking clients to support the continuous improvement of the service
Collaborate with internal logistics and sales teams to streamline the supply chain for our frozen food offerings
Consistently meet and exceed individual sales and performance KPIs
Requirements
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece
Previous experience in Sales Support or Customer Service within the Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred
Strong digital literacy and the ability to work in a remote environment within Greece
Excellent communication skills and a passion for premium food delivery services
