Business Development Partner

Eventso (eventso.net) is an Estonian marketplace where people planning weddings, birthdays, private parties and corporate events find and book local services.
We're early-stage and growing the vendor side first. We're looking for a freelance partner to bring local businesses and talented individuals onto the platform. We especially want people who've never thought of themselves as "event" businesses. You'll help them get their first bookings and share their stories on social media.
What you'll do
• Find local businesses and skilled individuals in Tallinn (bakers, cooks, florists, hairdressers, photographers, musicians, decorators and more) and show them how they can earn from private parties, birthdays and small celebrations, even if they've never worked an eve
nt before
• Help them sign up (about 10 minutes) and build a complete profile
• Meet potential vendors at markets, fairs and local events
• Create short videos with our vendors for Eventso's social channels (vendor spotlights, behind the scenes), and appearing on camera yourself
• Share vendor feedback so we can improve the product
Pay
• €200/month fixed
• €50 bonus for every 10 verified vendors you bring in (verified = signed terms and a complete profile), up to 500 vendors
• 10% of Eventso's fee on bookings from your vendors, for 12 months from each vendor's first booking
• Event tickets and materials covered for approved events

You'll fit if you
• Speak fluent Estonian and good English (Russian is a big plus)
• Enjoy talking to business owners in person and by phone
