Role Description The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and product video ads that align with DRIFT MEDIA’s brand standards and client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics and layouts, developing logos and brand identities, selecting and refining typography, and preparing files for digital and print use. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and content teams, interpreting creative briefs, contributing design ideas to growth and promotion strategies, and revising designs based on feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring regular coordination with the team and active participation in the creative workflow.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create engaging visual content across digital platforms.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive brand identities and visual systems for clients.
Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for clear and appealing communication.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar software).
Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital design work, including social media creatives, marketing materials, and motion or video-oriented designs.
Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
