Role Description The Civil Engineer will work on-site in Nashik in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, planning, and delivery of civil engineering projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documents, as well as supporting design tasks related to roads, drainage, utilities, and site development. The role involves coordinating with project managers, architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that designs meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The Civil Engineer will conduct site visits, assist with inspections, monitor construction progress, and address technical issues that arise during execution. The position also requires maintaining accurate project records, adhering to budget and schedule constraints, and contributing to continuous improvement in engineering processes and standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals.
Candidates should have experience working as Civil Engineers on infrastructure or construction projects.
Candidates should demonstrate abilities in Planning and project coordination.
Candidates should have knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage design practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) is beneficial.
Understanding of relevant codes, standards, and local regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
