Role Description The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for learners and partners engaging with AI CERTs® certification programs. This is a contract, on-site role based in Gandhinagar, focused on supporting customers through onboarding, addressing inquiries, and guiding them to the most suitable learning pathways and certifications. Day-to-day activities include monitoring customer engagement, resolving issues in coordination with internal teams, gathering feedback, and proactively driving customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves building strong relationships with institutional and corporate clients, preparing basic reports on customer metrics, and contributing insights to improve processes and offerings. The Customer Success Manager will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to help customers achieve their learning and certification goals.
Qualifications
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Experience in customer retention and relationship building, preferably in education, training, or technology-driven environments.
Analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance customer outcomes.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles; experience in EdTech or certification programs is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working on-site in Gandhinagar and engaging with diverse customers in a gender-neutral, inclusive manner.
