Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad. The Ecommerce Coordinator will manage product listings and catalog updates across online platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and categories. The role involves monitoring website and marketplace performance, tracking orders, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and timely delivery. The coordinator will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders and products, and support online promotions, campaigns, and sales activities. Daily tasks also include analyzing sales data, identifying trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to improve online customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong E-Commerce knowledge, including product listing, marketplace operations, and order management.
Customer Service and Sales skills to handle queries, support buyers, and contribute to online revenue growth.
Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and propose improvements.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Attention to detail in managing product information, inventory accuracy, and online content quality.
Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and familiarity with ecommerce platforms.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior ecommerce or retail experience is an advantage.
