Job description:
WE’RE HIRING | CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Looking for your next career opportunity? We’re hiring Customer Service Executives for a Loan Servicing / Customer Support role in Bangalore.
Location: Sarjapur Road, Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Split Offs
Cab facility available
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to loans and servicing
Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally
Maintain accurate customer and loan information
Handle customer outreach and follow-ups
Meet productivity and quality targets
Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines
Requirements
Graduate preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Customer service / Call Center experience preferred
Mortgage or loan servicing experience is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work night shifts and from office
