Role Description The Field Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Rajahmundry Rural mandal, with some flexibility for work from home as business needs allow. This role oversees day-to-day field operations, including planning and coordinating field activities, supervising field staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Field Manager will monitor project progress, manage resources and materials, and address operational issues promptly to maintain timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing status reports, liaising with clients and internal teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company procedures. The role also involves supporting performance management of field teams, implementing process improvements, and contributing to effective communication between field and office-based stakeholders.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in field operations or project supervision in energy, utilities, construction, or related industries.
Strong skills in team leadership, staff coordination, and performance management.
Competence in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple field activities.
Ability to enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance on site.
Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Comfort with using basic digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking tools).
Willingness to travel within Rajahmundry Rural mandal and work in varied outdoor environments as required.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, energy management, or a related field is preferred; relevant field experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain professionalism in a hybrid work setting.
