Role Description The part-time remote Wellness Therapist will provide evidence-based therapeutic support to clients across areas such as mental health, stress management, lifestyle change, and chronic condition self-care. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual sessions, developing personalized care plans, documenting client progress, and coordinating with the broader clinical and wellness team as needed. The therapist will collaborate with MantraCare’s AI-driven tools for triage and monitoring, offering human-centered intervention when escalation is required. Additional tasks include maintaining high standards of confidentiality, contributing to program improvement through feedback, and staying current with best practices in digital and holistic health care.
Qualifications
Clinical care and counseling skills, such as experience delivering structured therapy or coaching (e.g., CBT-informed approaches, mindfulness-based strategies, or behavioral health interventions).
Wellness and lifestyle expertise, including knowledge of stress management, sleep hygiene, nutrition fundamentals, and habit change techniques.
Digital practice capabilities, including proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic documentation, and comfort working alongside AI-driven tools.
Communication and interpersonal strengths, such as active listening, empathy, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to build rapport across diverse populations.
Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage a part-time remote caseload, maintain accurate records, and follow structured protocols.
Relevant licensure or certification in mental health, counseling, psychology, social work, coaching, or a related wellness field, where required by local regulations.
Experience working in digital health, employee wellness, or integrated care settings is beneficial.
