Senior Reservations Manager

Nested is a growing operator of serviced apartments. We are hiring a Senior Reservations Manager to own our reservations function end to end: every inquiry, every direct lead, every confirmed booking.
What you own
1. The full booking flow, from first inquiry to confirmed reservation.
2. Direct leads: you sell and close bookings from people who find us outside the platforms, following up, negotiating and turning inquiries into reservations.
3. Guest communication standards: how we write, how fast we reply, how we handle problems.
4. Deposits, payments and check-in coordination, so arrival day runs smoothly.
What you bring
- Several years in reservations, revenue or guest-facing hospitality roles.
- Experience with reservation or property management software is welcome, but we will teach you our tools.
- A proven record of converting leads into bookings, with confidence in follow-up and negotiation.
- Fluent English and French.
- Based in Portugal.
Contract: Open to consultancy arrangements
