We're looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to join us part time and keep our Japan shipments moving smoothly.
What you'll do
Coordinate with our warehouse on shipment arrangements and delivery issues
Confirm and update estimated shipping dates
Track shipments and monitor status after dispatch
Resolve incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses
Update tracking numbers and other shipping information in our systems
What we're looking for
Native level Japanese and professional English speaker
Solid experience with Google Workspace and Excel (required)
Background in retail, ecommerce or B2B e-commerce is a plus
Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Lovable is a plus
Organized, proactive and good at following up until things are solved
The details
Hours: 10 to 18 hours per week, weekday (approx. 9:00 to 13:00 JST), flexible within that window
Location: 100% remote, anywhere in Japan
Pay: ¥1,600 to ¥1,800 per hour, depending on experience
Start: October 2026
