Role Description The Information Technology Support Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT support operations, including managing service requests, coordinating the resolution of technical issues, and ensuring minimal downtime for users across the organization. The manager will lead and mentor the IT support team, establish and maintain standard operating procedures, and monitor system performance, security, and reliability. Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure and assets, collaborating with other departments to understand technology needs, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. The role also involves vendor coordination, reporting on IT metrics, supporting technology initiatives aligned with Satya’s digital-first approach, and ensuring compliance with relevant IT policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to handle end-user issues, diagnose root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
Candidates should possess solid Information Technology and IT Operations skills to manage infrastructure, systems, networks, and day-to-day technology processes.
Candidates should possess proven IT Management capabilities to lead teams, oversee service delivery, and implement IT policies, standards, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or network certifications) are an advantage.
Experience in managing IT support in financial services or NBFC/MFI environments, with familiarity in security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and support non-technical users.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
