🚨 WE ARE HIRING – PROPOSAL ENGINEER
Position: Proposal Engineer
Industry: Thermoplastic Piping / Plastic Process Equipment
Location: Bhosari -Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
📌 Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for thermoplastic piping and process equipment projects.
- Study customer RFQs, tender documents, specifications, BOQs and technical requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates and techno-commercial offers.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Purchase, Production and Project teams for proposal preparation.
- Select suitable thermoplastic materials, piping systems and equipment as per project requirements.
- Prepare technical datasheets, compliance statements and other tender-related documents.
- Follow up with customers for technical clarifications and queries related to submitted offers.
- Maintain records of quotations, proposals and order status.
- Support the sales team in identifying project requirements and preparing competitive offers.
🎓 Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Plastic, Production or a related engineering field.
- Experience in thermoplastic piping, plastic process equipment, chemical industry, water treatment or similar industries will be preferred.
🛠️ Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Good estimation and costing skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare professional technical and commercial proposals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
