Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Bengaluru. The Content Writer will create clear, engaging, and student-centric content for web pages, learning materials, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels that support Bhanzu’s math education products and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching education and math-learning topics, drafting and revising copy, proofreading and optimizing content for readability, and collaborating with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role involves contributing to content strategy by generating ideas, aligning content with learner outcomes, and maintaining a coherent tone and voice across platforms. The Content Writer will also track content performance, incorporate feedback, and continuously refine materials to improve learner engagement and understanding.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills, with the ability to tailor tone and structure for diverse audiences such as learners, parents, and educators.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan content calendars, identify relevant topics, and base materials on accurate, up-to-date information in education and math learning.
Candidates should possess solid Proofreading and editing skills to ensure high standards of grammar, clarity, and consistency across all content.
Candidates should possess excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex ideas in simple, engaging language.
Beneficial qualifications include experience in EdTech or education-related content, familiarity with SEO best practices, comfort working with cross-functional teams, and a demonstrated interest in math or STEM education.
A bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
