Role Description This is a full-time remote موظف مبيعات (Sales Employee) role at PIXI. The role involves proactively communicating with potential and existing customers, presenting products and services, and responding to inquiries through phone, email, and online channels. The Sales Employee will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and support customers throughout the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include updating sales records, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting or exceeding agreed sales targets and performance metrics. The role also requires maintaining a strong understanding of PIXI’s offerings to provide accurate, helpful information and contribute to improving sales processes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing deals in a remote or hybrid environment.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Clear and professional communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a remote, full-time setting.
Results-driven mindset with readiness to work toward sales targets and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior experience in sales, account management, or customer support is preferred but not strictly required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
