What You'll Do
Drive franchise and channel partner acquisition across India.
Identify, engage, and convert potential business partners.
Present the business model and partnership opportunity.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to successful closure.
Build and nurture long-term business relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner activation.
Maintain CRM records and consistently achieve sales targets.
Who We're Looking For
2–8 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, HNI Sales, IT Sales, or EdTech Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship management and consultative selling abilities.
Target-driven with a passion for business development.
Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
