This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR AI & Automation Operations Lead based in Switzerland.
As HR AI & Automation Operations Lead, you will design and implement intelligent automation solutions that improve global HR operations.
You’ll work at the intersection of HR, technology, process optimization, data, and AI within a highly distributed environment.
The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on technical execution, taking initiatives from early exploration through production and continuous improvement.
You’ll connect systems, streamline complex workflows, reduce manual work, and help teams operate more efficiently at scale.
Working closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Design, and IT, you’ll turn operational challenges into scalable and reliable solutions.
You’ll also help establish responsible AI practices for sensitive HR workflows, with appropriate governance, oversight, and auditability.
