Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading strategic and operational HR initiatives across Insight Genesis – IGAi. This position oversees end-to-end talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. The Senior Human Resources Manager designs and implements HR policies, compensation and benefits frameworks, and employee engagement programs aligned with the company’s mission and growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include coaching managers, resolving employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations, and partnering with leadership on organizational development and change management. The role also collaborates with product and data teams to integrate HR best practices into AI-driven talent solutions and supports a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing remote work culture.

Strong experience in core HR domains, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Demonstrated skills in HR strategy development, workforce planning, and organizational development to support scaling, remote-first teams.
Proficiency in designing and implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks across multiple regions or markets.
Ability to foster employee engagement, inclusion, and well-being through effective communication, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Experience leveraging HR technologies, data analytics, and metrics to inform decisions and improve HR programs and outcomes.
Background in managing or supporting remote and globally distributed teams, with strong virtual collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Proven leadership experience in a senior HR role, ideally within technology, AI, or high-growth startup environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) are an asset.
Working knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and the ability to embed them into HR policies and culture initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate change.
