Marketing and Sales Executive

Role Description:
The ideal candidate will work on marketing communications, client coordination, relationship management, and business development. The role involves managing communication across digital platforms, coordinating with clients and partners, and supporting sales efforts through both online communication and field visits.
Responsibilities:
You will work on designing marketing communications like emails, social media posts, WhatsApp marketing messages.
You’ll track and analyze the performance of various marketing activities.
You’ll handle Menstrupedia’s sales and customer relations to collect business insights.
You’ll handle relations with our partners in various countries.
You’ll visit offline stores and support offline marketing activities to understand the market and build a stronger retail presence.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with field visits, meeting retailers, and pitching products in person.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic environment.
