Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in Varanasi. The Senior Graphic Designer will conceptualize and develop visual assets for brand campaigns, marketing materials, digital platforms, and print collateral across Atomic’s various ventures. Responsibilities include creating logos, brand identity elements, social media creatives, presentations, packaging designs, and promotional materials that align with each brand’s positioning and guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives, while managing multiple projects and maintaining high design standards. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to creative direction, and ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.
Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-quality visual work.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities across multiple ventures.
Expertise in Typography and layout design, with the ability to create clear, aesthetically balanced compositions for digital and print.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar design software).
Proven experience in leading design projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery, preferably in a multi-brand or agency environment.
Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with capacity to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in healthcare, beauty, fashion, or education sectors is an advantage, along with familiarity with social impact campaigns.
