Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Draftsman role based in Jaipur. The Architectural Draftsman will prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents under the guidance of senior architects and designers. Responsibilities include translating design concepts and planning inputs into precise technical drawings, updating and revising drawings as projects progress, and coordinating with the project team to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. The role involves reviewing design specifications, maintaining organized drawing files, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality, functional, and aesthetically aligned design solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for residential, commercial, and interior projects.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Architecture and Planning to interpret design briefs and project requirements.
Candidates should possess solid Drawing skills, including technical drafting and clear visual representation of design concepts.
Proficiency in relevant CAD and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with building codes and standards.
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field, with prior experience in an architectural or design studio preferred.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, effective communication skills, and readiness to work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur.
