Fulltime French C2 Trainer

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a French C2 Trainer responsible for delivering high-quality online French language training to learners at advanced and near-native proficiency levels. The trainer will plan and conduct interactive virtual classes, design lesson plans and learning materials, and align content with program objectives and certification requirements. Daily tasks include assessing learner needs, providing individualized feedback, evaluating progress through assignments and tests, and supporting learners in preparing for relevant language exams. The trainer will also collaborate with academic and program teams to refine curricula, incorporate digital teaching tools, and maintain consistent quality and engagement in all sessions.
Qualifications
Advanced French language expertise, with C2-level proficiency and strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and communication across speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Teaching and training skills, including experience in language instruction, curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom or virtual facilitation.
Digital delivery capabilities, such as proficiency with online teaching platforms, learning management systems, and interactive tools to support remote instruction.
Assessment and feedback skills, including designing evaluations, grading assignments and exams, and offering constructive, actionable feedback to learners.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups, manage questions, and support different learning styles.
Relevant academic background, such as a degree in French, linguistics, education, or a related field, plus recognized French language certifications (e.g., DALF C2) preferred.
Prior experience teaching French to advanced learners or professionals, ideally within an EdTech or online training environment.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage schedules, and maintain professional reliability and responsiveness.
