About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at a growing jewellery brand. The candidate will manage the recruitment process, source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and support day-to-day HR activities.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements from different departments and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain regular recruitment reports and MIS.
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
Support HR operations and other HR activities as required.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Freshers are eligible to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets and other basic office tools.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good follow-up skills.
