About the role :
Porceko® is looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the Ceramic / Tiles / Porcelain / Building Materials industry.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Business Development, Field Sales, B2B Sales, Client Handling and, importantly, an existing or strong network with Architects and Interior Designers.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy field sales, client meetings, networking, and developing business opportunities in the architecture and interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Dealers and Consultants.
Develop business opportunities through networking and regular market visits.
Utilize and expand your network within the Architecture and Interior Design industry.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and regular follow-ups.
Identify ongoing and upcoming architectural and interior projects.
Generate, manage, and convert business leads.
Introduce and promote Porceko® Porcelain Slabs and Tiles to prospective clients.
Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
Maintain records of client meetings, leads, follow-ups, and business development activities.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and achievements.
Candidate Requirements :
Experience: 1–3 years
Experience in the Ceramic, Tiles, Porcelain, Sanitaryware, or Building Materials industry.
Experience in Business Development, Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Client Handling.
Strong network with Architects and Interior Designers is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Confident in conducting client meetings and building professional relationships.
Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities within the assigned territory.
Salary :
₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, current profile, and interview performance.
