Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Specialist to support the end-to-end design, implementation and continuous improvement of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions. The role requires strong hands-on platform expertise and the ability to translate business and security requirements into scalable, effective ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
Work closely with business and security stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Provide strong functional and technical expertise in the Vulnerability Response module, with hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
Support platform architecture decisions in line with enterprise standards and ServiceNow best practices.
Guide development activities across design, build, testing and deployment phases.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance frameworks and platform best practices. Support platform performance optimization, monitoring and continuous improvement.
Manage VR-related configuration, maintenance and enhancements as business requirements evolve.
Support ServiceNow upgrades and architectural changes while maintaining compatibility and stability of customizations and integrations.
Stay current with the ServiceNow roadmap, releases and new capabilities, and recommend relevant improvements.
Work within Agile delivery practices to support high-quality and timely outcomes.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
Strong hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model and integrations.
Hands-on experience with platform performance tuning and optimization.
Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
 Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 Ability to work effectively with distributed development teams.
Mandatory Certifications
 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR & CIS-DF)
