What You Will Do
Marketing Strategy & Commercial P&L OwnershipStrategic Vision: Define and execute a holistic regional marketing strategy aligned with commercial targets, market nuances, and brand vision.
P&L & Budget Ownership: Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal capital allocation, spend efficiency, and maximum ROI/profitability across all campaigns.
Channel Mastery: Oversee performance across digital and offline channels - PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliate, CRM, PR, Events, and Sponsorships.
Brand, Acquisition & Market GrowthBrand Leadership: Drive consistent brand messaging, positioning, and identity across all markets and customer touchpoints.
Acquisition & Retention: Build and optimize end-to-end funnels that drive customer acquisition, boost engagement, and maximize retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, IT, Finance, Risk, Compliance,Legal, and Country Managers to ensure seamless, integrated customer journeys.
Executive Reporting: Establish robust analytics frameworks to deliver actionable performance insights to C-level executives and the Board.
Compliance & Responsible Marketing: Ensure all marketing practices strictly comply with local industry regulations and Responsible Gaming standards.
What We Are Looking For
6+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing P&L budgets within iGaming, Online Gambling, or a highly regulated digital industry.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in developing comprehensive marketing strategies that delivered measurable revenue growth, high ROI, and market expansion.
Digital & Performance Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge across full-funnel digital channels (PPC, SEO, Programmatic, Affiliate, CRM, Email, Content) alongside traditional media.
Analytics Mastery: Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer) and BI visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred).
Language Skills: proficiency in Danish or Swedish and English is mandatory.
