About the Role
Are you someone who loves working with data, uncovering insights, and solving real-world problems using analytics and AI?
At Prepisely, we are building a fast-growing AI-powered learning platform helping students and professionals bridge the gap between academic and real-world skills. We are looking for a Data Science Intern who wants hands-on exposure to live projects, real datasets, and practical problem-solving in a startup environment.
This is not a “practice-only” internship; you will work on actual business and product challenges using data-driven approaches.
What You’ll Do
Work on real-world datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Assist in data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams on data-driven projects
Build basic predictive models and analytics solutions
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for decision-making
Contribute to AI-driven learning platform features and workflows
Learn and work with modern data science tools, libraries, and technologies
Participate in brainstorming ideas for improving products using data and AI
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in data science, analytics, and AI
Understanding of statistics, data analysis, and problem-solving concepts
Familiarity with Python, SQL, Excel, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of libraries/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, or similar
Understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
Good communication and collaboration skills
Self-driven and eager to work on real-world problems
