Information Technology Intern

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Intern/IT Support executive role based in Jaipur. The intern will assist in maintaining and monitoring IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, under the guidance of senior IT team members. Daily responsibilities include helping with network configuration, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting routine system updates and security checks. The intern will respond to user support requests, document issues and resolutions, and contribute to improving IT processes and user experience. The role may also involve basic participation in IT projects, asset management, and coordination with vendors or service providers as needed.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Information Technology and interest in enterprise IT environments.
Skills in Network Administration and Network Security for supporting and securing branch and office networks.
Ability in Troubleshooting and Customer Service to resolve user issues efficiently and professionally.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), hardware components, and common office applications.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Willingness to learn, adapt to a fast-paced financial services environment, and follow information security and compliance guidelines.
