Talent Acquisition Specialist (Consultancy experience is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and assisting Regenesys HR and External Clients with onboarding candidates.
Sourcing Talent:
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract the right candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and other channels.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
Screening and Assessment:
Conduct in-depth screening and initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
Monitor hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire) and provide recruitment analytics reports to stakeholders.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
