Role Description The Bhata Spinner Pro Level role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The individual in this role will focus on delivering high-level spinning performance during league matches and practice sessions, maintaining consistency, control, and strategic variation in gameplay. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in regular training, following coaching plans, collaborating with teammates on match strategies, and analyzing performance data or feedback to refine skills. The role also involves adhering to fitness routines, injury-prevention practices, and league regulations, while representing the team professionally on and off the field. The Bhata Spinner Pro Level player is expected to contribute to team morale, maintain punctuality and discipline, and support a positive, inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
Strong spinning technique and game awareness, with proven experience performing at a competitive or professional level.
Solid physical fitness, stamina, and agility, with commitment to training, conditioning, and injury-prevention routines.
Ability to work closely with coaches and teammates, follow strategic plans, and communicate clearly during matches and practice.
Mental resilience, focus under pressure, and willingness to learn from feedback and continuously improve performance.
Professional conduct, reliability, and adherence to league rules, safety standards, and ethical sportsmanship.
Previous experience in organized leagues or tournaments; regional or national-level experience is an advantage.
Availability for full-time on-site training, matches, and related team activities in Indore.
