Role Description The Sales Manager role at Tridev Technologies | CliniqWise is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for CliniqWise and related solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, gathering market and customer feedback, and contributing to sales strategies and go-to-market plans. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, opportunity qualification, and closing deals.
Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations tailored to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
Comfort with using CRM tools, sales analytics, and basic productivity software to manage activities and report performance.
Understanding of healthcare operations (OPD/IPD workflows, EMR/EHR, billing, pharmacy, lab) is highly beneficial.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to understanding and addressing client needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, with readiness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings as required.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
