Role Description This is a full-time Architect role based in Ahmedabad, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare drawings and 3D models, and support design documentation from initial brief through detailed design. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients and consultants, assisting in project planning, and ensuring that designs comply with codes, standards, and project requirements. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams on integration of software tools into the design process, tracking project progress, and contributing to quality control across deliverables.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of design documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration, with the ability to work with or coordinate digital tools, BIM platforms, and design software workflows.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including basic scheduling, task coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and visualization software is beneficial.
Relevant degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with professional training or licensure (where applicable) preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach to working in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with local regulations, building codes, and permitting processes in Ahmedabad or comparable jurisdictions is an advantage.
