About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead organic and paid growth, develop growth strategies, and manage cross-functional digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive organic and paid growth across digital platforms.
Develop and execute growth and content strategies.
Lead teams across SEO, SMM, Video Editing, and Graphic Design.
Drive audience growth, engagement, leads, conversions, and overall digital performance.
Analyze growth metrics and optimize strategies based on performance.
Set team goals, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution.
Build SOPs and workflows to improve team productivity.
Present performance reports and growth insights to management.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of Organic Growth, Paid Marketing, SEO, SMM, and Content Marketing.
Proven team leadership and people management experience.
Strong understanding of digital growth strategies and performance marketing.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
EdTech experience preferred.
