About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, understands visual communication deeply, and knows how to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce designs that elevate brand identity, enhance communication, and bring concepts to life across multiple digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
Create visually stunning graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop strong design concepts.
Craft layouts that enhance user experience and strengthen visual storytelling.
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while maintaining project accuracy and timelines.
Prepare and optimize graphics for different digital formats and platforms.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve creative output.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Use AI-assisted workflows and plugins to speed up design processes and boost productivity.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and composition.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.).
Ability to create engaging social media graphics and digital ads.
Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
A sharp eye for detail, color accuracy, and brand alignment.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work full-time from Raipur.
A strong design portfolio showcasing digital work is mandatory.
