Geniuzlab LLC is hiring an AI & Digital Operations Assistant in Sri Lanka.
This role is ideal for someone who is smart, reliable, creative, comfortable with technology, and willing to use AI as part of their daily work.
You’ll support multiple digital and international projects across areas such as:
• Social media management
• AI-assisted research and writing
• Documents, reports and spreadsheets
• Content creation and scheduling
• Canva / basic design support
• Project coordination
• Digital operations and administration
• Website/app testing
• Market and competitor research

A/L school leavers, university students or graduates who can work full-time, experienced candidates, and self-taught digital creators can all apply.
Requirements
✅ Based in Sri Lanka
✅ Own laptop or desktop computer
✅ Reliable internet connection
✅ Good written English
✅ Strong computer literacy
✅ Comfortable using social media
✅ Willing to learn and use AI tools
✅ Good attention to detail
✅ Responsible and able to meet deadlines
✅ Able to work independently
✅ Creative and willing to solve problems
Experience with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, digital marketing, AI tools, or content creation will be an advantage.
Work arrangement
🏠 100% Remote
💼 Full-Time
📅 6 working days per week
⏱ Approx. 45 hours per week
🌍 Work across international projects
Some projects may require working schedules that partially align with UK or other international business hours.
Salary & Growth
💰 Starting salary: LKR 30,000+ per month
🌐 Internet allowance provided
📈 Performance review after 3 months
Strong performers may receive increased salary, greater responsibility, and opportunities to progress into senior operations or project-management roles.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn, perform, grow and take ownership, not someone who needs constant supervision.
