Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Trainee Program in Sales role based in Chennai. The trainee will support sales activities by learning to generate leads, interact with prospective customers, and explain housing finance products and services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting customers, understanding their home loan requirements, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to process applications. The role involves field visits, relationship building with channel partners, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Trainees will receive guidance and mentoring from senior sales professionals and will be evaluated on learning progress, sales performance, and service quality.
Qualifications
Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Finance, Commerce, Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in person and over phone.
Interest in sales, housing finance, and customer service, with willingness to work in a field-oriented role.
Basic understanding of financial products, lending processes, or retail banking is an advantage.
Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and maintain accurate documentation.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and motivated by performance-based growth.
Proficiency in English and local languages used in Chennai; basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools) preferred.
